Gamer's Favorite Foods

Gamer can spend his entire times each day on gaming. According to the Neilsen, the average U.S. gamer age 13 or older spent 6.3 hours a week for playing games during 2013. The average times for playing games has increased each year. In 2012, the average times was 5.6 hours and 5.1 hours in 2011.

An RPG gamer can spend 4 - 8 hours per days and a regular gamer can spend 1 - 3 hours per days. During the gaming times, gamers need food to maintain their energy level. There are many stories about a gamer who died due to lack of food.

Pizza
Nutrition:  Pizza is a flat, round base of dough baked with  a topping of tomato sauce and cheese, and typically with added meat or vegetables (wiki). With mixed of ingredients, pizza contain much of nutrition, such as carbohydrates, protein, vitamins, fats and fatty acids, Benefits: Carbohydrate provided energy, protein is good for the cells, vitamins has many role to maintain health, fats also provided energy.

Nutrition: Taco bell is one of fast foods that is growing large in U.S. The taco ingredients are beans, cheese, hot sauce made from tomato paste jalapeno peppers, etc. Then burrito shell was made from bleached enriched wheat flour.
Benefits: Beans will provide a good dietary fiber and cheese contains many of nutrients like calcium, protein, zinc, vitamin A, etc that is good for the health.
